Introductory DVD allergy training pack for food handlers. Awarded a Certificate of Quality and Merit from the Royal Institute of Public Health and Best New Product of 2006 by the Society of Food Hygiene & Technology. Aimed at people preparing and serving foods in retail and catering premises.
