These courses follow the success of our one-day workshops delivered in Newport and Hatfield in June and our on-going training programme for local authority officers in England , Scotland and Northern Ireland on behalf of the Food Standards Agency.  The courses include on-line learning and our one day workshop for food safety professionals and trainers, who will be able to identify key food allergy risks, advise on and implement appropriate controls in a range of scenarios, understand the legal context and make use of additional advice and current guidance.  All course delegates will receive the allergytraining.com pack (Stage 1) for food handlers and learn how to use it as a training tool in the workplace.
