1. These terms and conditions shall apply to all contracts for the sale of services. These terms shall take precedence over terms stated in an order received
2. In these terms and conditions reference to the “Company” shall mean Hygiene Audit Systems Limited as stated on the invoice. “Customer” means the person, company or organisation purchasing the goods. “Services” means the services specified in the company’s invoice. An “audit” and “inspection” shall mean the examination of any documents or records or premises and standards of the customer for the purposes of providing advice to the customer on safety issues.

4. The Company shall arrange and provide services on the basis of receipt of an official order from a person or person who has stated he/she is an appointed person to make an official order.
5. The Company shall not be liable for any loss of the customer where this is due to an act or omission of the customer or one of its employees or clients or customers of the customer.
6. Any audit or inspection provided by the company shall be for guidance purposes only and shall not be construed to be an indication of all activities or standards at a premises or site at any one time. The audit or inspection report shall only relate to the standard found at the time of audit or inspection and shall not relate to standards that may exist either before or after the audit or inspection.
7. Any advice or guidance provided in training manuals or verbally by trainers shall be for general guidance only and shall not be construed by the customer to apply to any particular situation.
8. For any training session sold, the rules and regulations for the training can be found by looking at the examination body’s website.
9. Please be aware that all training sessions are sold under the director’s partnership company Hygiene Audit Systems and not the company.
10. For goods, as opposed to services, payment shall be made prior to delivery.
11. Any problems with invoices must be notified to us within 14 days of invoice date.
12. Payment must be received before goods are dispatched, or in the case of a training course, within 14 days of the commencement of the course.
13. No goods or services will be supplied to the customer until payment has been received in full.
14. Details of any payment by BACS to the Company will be made available on any invoice issued.
15. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to retain copies of any transactions and reference numbers relating to such transactions, the company strongly recommends the cardholder does this for future reference purposes.

18. The company will make all reasonable attempts to keep stock details up to date but cannot be held responsible if stock levels are incorrect. A selection of our products will be delivered direct from the manufacturer. Please be aware that the contract of sale remains between Hygiene Audit Systems Ltd and the customer.

22. The company will make all reasonable efforts to supply you with an order confirmation within 24 hours of your online order. If this is not possible an alternative will be arranged the next working day where possible. The company cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred by an order confirmation not being received by the customer.
23. The failure of the company at any time or for any period to enforce any one or more of these terms and conditions shall not be a waiver of them or a waiver of a right to enforce such Terms and Conditions on a future occasion.
